This is an "Agreement" between Adrenaline Partnership LLC. ("Company"), a Florida company operating in New Mexico, governing the property known as Scaramanga Movie Ranch, and rentals located at 5 Madrid Hts, Cerrillos, NM 87010 ("Location"), and

The Company and Producer shall collectively be known as the “Parties” or “Party”, as applicable.

Inconsideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, for good and valuable compensation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree as follows. 

Renter Liability: The Producer agrees to return all rentals in the same order and condition as received- including packaging. The Producer shall indemnify and hold harmless Property Owners, Company and/or its agents from and against all loss, liability, costs, damages, theft, or claims of any nature arising from, associated with, or attributed to Producer’s use of rented items. Producer is responsible for all loss, liability, costs, damages, theft, or claims of any nature arising from Producer’s use of the rented items, provided any such Company claim is made no later than (5) days following such occurrence, and Company permits Producer to inspect elements of alleged claim. Producer is solely responsible for any and all costs arising from, associated with, or related to bodily injury and or death claims arising from, associated with, or attributed to Producer's use of any rental.

Drive-On Guests: Guest vehicles must have 'Full Coverage' Auto Insurance or be covered under a production policy: inclusive of bodily injury liability, property damage liability, comprehensive, and collision damage. Vendor/Commerical vehicles minimum $500k/$1million. 

Rental Fee: This is the basic cost for renting the item, usually calculated per day or 7-day week. The fee can vary greatly depending on the item's value and demand.

Hold Deposit: 50% rental value, non-refundable deposit at time items are placed On Hold or Reserved. 

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit equal to 50% of each items claimed value is required. This deposit is refunded upon Company's satifactory inspection item has been returned undamaged / unaltered, including all packaging within (5) days of return.

Production Insurance: As added protection, Producer must provide production insurance policy certificate noting 'Adrenaline Partnertship' as Additionally Insured for damaged, lost, or destroyed rentals during the rental period, inclusive of days/times items are in transit.

Usage Restrictions: There may be restrictions reguarding how any given item is to be used, such as prohibiting modification or use in hazardous conditions.

Replacement Value: The Company has determined a Replacement Value for each item including costs associated with research, acquisition, retention, and shipping. The Producer bears personal responsibility for covering the Replacement Value of rented items, regardless of any dispute with the Production's insurance provider over this value.

Transportation/Shipping: The renter assumes responsibility for transporting items to and from the rental location, including covering all associated shipping, transportation, delivery, and recovery costs. Alternatively, the Producer may choose to utilize the Company's delivery and pickup services, subject to availability, for an additional fee.

Cleaning Fees: The Producer must return items in the same condition as they were received. If items require significant cleaning upon return, a Cleaning Fee may be applied. The determination of whether this fee is applied rests solely with the Company.

Late Return Fees:

• Advance Notice & No Hold Interruption: If Producer provides advance notice of an item's late return, and the return does not disrupt the item's Hold status, the fee will be limited to its per-day rental rate.

• No Notice & No Hold Interruption: If Producer does not provide notice of an item's late return, and the return does not disrupt the item's Hold status, the fee will be 1.5 times the item's per-day rental rate.

• Hold Interruption: If an item's late return conflicts with its On Hold/Reserve status, the Company may, at its sole discretion, demand the immediate return of the item. Items not returned within the rental period, which impede its On Hold/Reserve status, are invoiced at 10 times the daily rate until returned.

Modification/Disassembly: Any alterations, reconfigurations, or disassembly of an item from its original form are strictly prohibited unless the Producer obtains written permission from the Company.

Warranty: Producer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Company provides all items on an “as is” basis. The Company is not a dealer, does not make any representation, warranty or covenant with respect to the condition of the item(s) in any respect or its fitness for any particular use, or any other representation, warranty or covenant express or implied.

Notices: Property Guests consent to being recorded and waive all claims of privacy. 

Stock Rights. Recordings or imagery absent of context of Production or Working Title disclosed within this Agreement may not be released as stock. 

Screen Credit. Special Thanks credit area as, “Scaramanga Movie Ranch”

Privacy: Producer may not intentionally audibly or visibly include the Company’s numeric address or depict the ranch brand on camera unless agreed to in writing by the Company. 

Applicable Law. Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, within Orange County.

This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the Parties. The undersigned hereby warrant and represent they have full right and authority to enter this agreement.
