perfection, in fact the wagon
is only for static scenes.


Non-functional & broken units ok
so long as it has four wheels
and still resembles a wagon.

Clearly, they aren't looking for a perfect one, in fact the wagon is only used for a background static scene and does not have to function. Aesthetically, it needs four wheels. Broken down, parts or boards missing is ok.
